Itron Promotes Laurie Hahn to Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Today, Itron announced that Laurie Hahn has been promoted to senior vice president, human resources, effective immediately. She succeeds Michel Cadieux, who will retire from Itron later this year.
Laurie has more than 30 years of experience as a senior human resource professional. She joined Itron in February 2016 and has served in several in-business HR positions. She was instrumental in Itron’s acquisition and integration of Silver Spring Networks and the restructuring of Itron’s product business lines to Devices, Networks and Outcomes, leading the organizational design and leveling of Itron’s current operating model.
Under her leadership, the global HR business partners and compensation and benefits teams have driven change and improvement throughout the company. Laurie also played a key leadership role in Itron’s internal response to COVID-19, including the development and implementation of the company’s hybrid work model.
“Laurie has been an instrumental leader within our human resources team and an asset to Itron. The company will continue to benefit from her deep expertise in human resource management in this new role,” said Tom Deitrich, Itron’s president and chief executive officer. “I sincerely appreciate Michel’s service and contributions to Itron and wish him well in his retirement later this year.”
